Ortigas Center straddles Mandaluyong and Pasig and is the metro's second major business district, home to multinational back offices, BPO floors and regional headquarters. Ground Up's own office is on the 26th floor of The Podium West Tower on Doña Julia Vargas Avenue, so the district's buildings, property managers and after-hours work windows are ones we deal with every week.
We deliver the full fit-out scope in-house — space planning, detailed design, MEP coordination, joinery from our own fabrication facility, and construction management to handover. Design and construction run in parallel so an occupied floor is turned over on budget and on programme.
