Ground Up delivers office fit-outs across the district on a parallel design-and-construction track — the design is developed while enabling works and procurement are already moving, which is how a workplace is handed over on budget and on programme rather than months late.
We work the whole scope in-house: space planning, detailed design, MEP coordination, joinery from our own fabrication facility, and construction management through to handover and defects. The building's fit-out guidelines, the property manager's permit process, and the tight after-hours work windows that come with an occupied Ayala Avenue tower are routine for the team.
